This rare antique chenille tapestry dates back to the mid-1800’s and features rich and deep colors. While the fringe shows the expected wear for its age, the body is in lovely condition. One side showcases a Victorian boy riding on the back of his St. Bernard dog, and the piece is double-sided. The photos do not fully capture how beautiful and vibrant this item is. The edges are decorated with floral roses, while the boy is dressed in a delightful costume of pinks and blues.
Appx. dimensions: 42ʺW × 48ʺD
