Rare Set of 6 Antique Rosenthal Monbijou Chocolate Cups and 7 Saucers – Circa 1891–1906
A remarkable find, these Rosenthal Monbijou chocolate cups and saucers dates to the late 19th or early 20th century and features delicate hand-painted floral motifs, soft pastel tones, and a stunningly sculpted ornate handles with gilded and patinated detailing. Made from fine German porcelain, it showcases Rosenthal's early Monbijou shape—known for its elegant scalloped silhouette and botanical charm.
These pieces were marked and sold through the prestigious Henrik Jacobsen & Co. porcelain store in Copenhagen, Denmark, making it historically significant and collectible for connoisseurs of antique European ceramics. This set contains 6 cups and 7 saucers.
